Payroll Analyst

The payroll team looks after the payroll needs of all Cisco countries across our European Theatre. Payroll Team manages or directly runs the accurate and timely payments for over 10,000 employees in 18 countries. This gives professionals in the team a chance to gain significant exposure to the payroll practices in many different countries. The team need the candidates with the similar background and experience as our current recruitment, however we specifically need experience in payroll end to end processing, SAP knowledge and payroll experience with one following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2-4-year experience of working in Payroll (working with different payroll vendors and on multiple countries)
2. Advanced level Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports
3. Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy (analytical skills and attention to details)

Desired skills:
● Experience with ADP GV (SAP payroll)
● Experience in a multinational remuneration environment
● Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc. also advantageous)
● Positive/can do attitude
● Partnering skills - with HR and Finance
● Good judgment and confidentiality
● Meets challenging deadlines under pressure and balance multiple priorities


● Responsible different parts of payroll process for one/several markets/countries in Europe
● Employee Support - handle employees queries and requests
