For our client we are currently looking for:
Our payroll team looks after the payroll needs of all Cisco countries across our European Theatre. Payroll Team manages or directly runs the accurate and timely payments for over 10,000 employees in 18 countries. This gives professionals in the team a chance to gain significant exposure to the payroll practices in many different countries.
We need the candidates with the similar background and experience as our current recruitment, however we specifically need experience in payroll end to end processing, SAP Workday knowledge and payroll experience in EMEA.
We need a support with a huge transformation project of Cisco Payroll system and process as well as change of input system (change from home grown system to Workday).
There are 2 profiles we are looking for:
1. Tier 1 – in house payroll: where ADPGV/SAP System knowledge is crucial. Workday knowledge on HR side is very welcome as this is the system we are moving towards on HR side (Payroll inputs)
2. In this project we need strong individuals who are detail oriented, have knowledge of SAP and ideally Workday, have experience in testing of data and drawing conclusions from the analysis as well as driving solutions for gaps identified during testing. This is mainly related to the following EMEAR countries: UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Norway.
System testing and data analysis experience
4-year experience of working in Payroll (working with different payroll vendors and on multiple countries)
Advanced level Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports
Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy (analytical skills and attention to details)
Experience in Workday as HR system
Experience in a multinational remuneration environment
Outstanding communication skills in English
