The role:

The helpdesk support is a front office role to ensure swift management of Trade Compliance information needed to expedite real time trade transactions related to Cisco’s Commercial Invoice Compliance Engine (CICE) Application for Cisco’s CX (spares) business. The responsibilities in this position include providing accurate, timely and consistent responses to CICE user inquires; support requests received and assembly of Help Desk questions and inquiries into standard reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Receive and solve written requests to update, revise or modify Trade Compliance-related data on shipping documentation,

• Monitor and solve requests related to internal Broker Management platform,

• First level escalation POC for system technical issues,

• Business customs audit program support,

• Customs brokerage Trade Compliance recurring assessments management,

• Data research/analysis/mining,

• Reporting and metrics design and maintenance,

• Operational Trade Compliance user guides and process documentation maintenance

Must have skills:

• Bachelor in Economy, Finance or International Trade

• 2-3 years’ experience with international trade; knowledge and understanding of import and trade compliance regulatory and terminology

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Ms Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint) knowledge

• Ability to work in non-standard hours (12PM-8PM) - mandatory

Nice to have skills:
